AV Edge Affiliate Program - General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the AV Edge Affiliate Program. By applying to and participating in our program, you agree to adhere to the following (commission details can be found in the commission terms in each individual offer):

1. Purpose:

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Affiliate will participate in the AV Edge Affiliate Tier, designed for individuals or businesses with a dedicated and engaged audience in the health, well-being, equine, canine, golf, or other relevant sectors, to promote AV Edge products.

2. Eligibility:

The Affiliate must be an influential individual or business with a strong and active following in relevant sectors (health and well-being, golf, equine, canine, or other related sectors), capable of effectively promoting the benefits of AV Edge products.

• Specific commission information will be contained in the offer details.
• Commission calculations are based on the net amount of the sale (pre-VAT, pre-delivery costs).

• The Affiliate will receive “lifetime commission” for every future purchase made by the referred customer. Under the circumstance this agreement is terminated the lifetime commission is also cancelled. The Affiliate can achieve lifetime commission status for new and existing AV Edge B2C customers, however, a customer may only be linked to one affiliate.
• B2C commission is based on sales that you generate through our website (tracked through Refersion).
• B2C commission as part of a tiered offer: Commission tiers are determined by a rolling 30-day period. Your commission percentage may fluctuate between tiers (e.g., 10%, 15%, 20%) depending on your approved conversions (approved sales volume) achieved within the previous 30 days on a rolling basis. Commissions for approved conversions (auto approved 30 days after sale) are paid by bank transfer during the first week of each month, providing a consistent income stream.
• Unique links and discount codes for the Affiliate to promote to their audience.

B2B Commission:

The Affiliate has the opportunity to make B2B referrals (to help us sign more new Affiliates, Retail Partners, and Distributors) under the auspices of this agreement. Applies only to people/businesses not already in contact with AV Edge.

You will get:

• 10% commission on the commission we pay to the Affiliate.
• 10% commission on the money we receive from the Retail Partner.
• 10% commission on the value of the first order from the Distributor.
• “lifetime commission” applies only to Affiliates and Retail Partners.
• Affiliates get the above as a payment by bank transfer (if you are also a Retail Partner or Distributor then you will get the above as a credit on your account so your can spend against it when ordering stock).
  

B2B commission is only paid when you made the direct referral, for example:

• You sign-up as an Affiliate (let’s call you Advocate 1).
• You refer a person/business to us and they become an Affiliate, Retail Partner, or Distributor (let’s call them Advocate 2).
• Advocate 2 then refers a person/business to us to help us sign Advocate 3, 4, 5, and so on, and in this scenario we cannot pay you commission on the Advocates referred by Advocate 2 (e.g. Advocate 3, 4, 5, and so on).

4. Brand and Promotional Resources:

• You will receive a digital brand pack and a promotional pack, which may include free products.
• Opportunities may exist to be featured on AV Edge channels.
• An Affiliate who meets our “minimum audience criteria” may apply to have a branded landing page on the AV Edge website.

5. Training:

• We provide training resources, which may include online content and online group sessions.
  

6. Event Participation:

• You can express interest in participating in AV Edge events.
• You may be able to request branded products to use at events.
  

7. Affiliate Responsibilities:

• Promote AV Edge products ethically and in accordance with this agreement.
• Actively engage your audience to drive sales and referrals.
  
• Use the provided brand pack and promotional materials appropriately.
  
• Follow AV Edge's guidelines for promotion and engagement.
  

8. Restrictions:

• You must not engage in any activities that could damage AV Edge's reputation, such as misleading advertising, spam, or unauthorized discounting.
  

9. Use of Affiliate Links and Codes:

• You are strictly prohibited from using, sharing, or promoting any affiliate links or discount codes other than your own unique ones.
• Unauthorized use will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions, and AV Edge may pursue further action.
  

10. Agreement Term and Termination:

• The agreement is effective from the date signed and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.  
• AV Edge can terminate the agreement immediately if you violate any terms and conditions.
  

11. Miscellaneous:

• The agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding any prior agreements.
• Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

• Your data may be shared with our affiliate marketing platform provider (Refersion) for tracking sales and managing the program.
